IMPERIAL COUNTY — California Ethanol and Power (CE+P) has retained DuBose Design Group and LC Engineering Consultants, both based in El Centro, to design and process onsite and offsite site improvements to support the development of Sugar Valley Energy. The 160-acre campus will combine an advanced ethanol biorefinery, bioelectric generation, and wastewater treatment facilities and is slated to commence construction near Keystone Road adjacent to the city of Brawley, California in 2022.
